Commission Terms and Conditions
1. Usage and Purpose
All commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Communication regarding your commission will take place via email or another mutually convenient social media platform.
I encourage open communication! Please feel free to ask questions or share feedback during the process so we can create something you love.
2. Process and Revisions
The initial sketch will typically be completed within a few days. I will notify you when it’s ready for review.
During the sketch phase, you may request revisions to key elements such as pose, outfit, composition, or background.
Once the sketch is approved and payment is received, I will proceed to the rendering and coloring stage.
After coloring begins, only minor adjustments (e.g., color balance or small details) will be accepted. Major changes at this stage may incur additional fees.
Upon completion, you will receive the final high-resolution file via email or a download link.
3. Payment
Payment Method: PayPal only.
Payment Timing: Full payment is due after the sketch is approved and before final rendering begins.
Tips: Always appreciated but never required.
4. Artist’s Rights
I retain full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork.
I reserve the right to:
Display the artwork and progress shots on my portfolio, social media, or other promotional platforms.
Decline or cancel any commission request at my discretion.
You may not claim the artwork as your own, resell it, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
5. Usage Guidelines for Clients
NFTs: Converting commissioned artwork into NFTs or blockchain-related assets is strictly prohibited.
Posting: You may share the artwork online with clear credit to me as the artist (e.g., “Art by [Your Name/@handle]”).
Editing: You may not edit, crop, recolor, trace, or alter the artwork in any way without prior approval.
Merchandise or profit-making use is not permitted unless a separate commercial agreement is made.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel before the sketch phase is completed, a partial refund may be issued.
Once the sketch is approved and payment is made, refunds will not be available.
If, for any reason, I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.
7. Agreement
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
